 Kel White best known as bassist and front man for Newcastle band Tortoise HEAD Platoon, Kel White's involvement in the music industry has spanned nearly a decade- Having shared the stage with notable Australian acts such as Cog, Butterfingers, Something with Numbers, Faker, Children Collide, Muscles, and Californian band Royal Crown Revue, as well as having worked for countless others such as Little Birdy, Karnivool, Regurgitator, Grinspoon and The Cat Empire to name a few in his extensive resume. He is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Arts, following a lifelong interest in theatre, at Newcastle University and is hoping to fuse together his passion for both music and acting. He has appeared in productions such as The Caper, Wolfstock and Finding the Sun.<09/2010> |
