 Rohan Parker has appeared in numerous community theatre productions in the Maitland region including South Pacific, Iolanthe, Sweeney Todd and Grease. Although he enjoys popular musicals, Rohan has developed a great love of operatic singing, nurtured over the past 3 years by Annabella Redman, with guidance from renowned Australian vocal coach Sharolyn Kimmorley and Neil Semer. Rohan has recently become a member of the University of Newcastle Chamber Choir. Rohan is thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in his first opera for Newcastle Festival Opera, in The Magic Flute. In the future he hopes to continue his study of music and in particular opera, looking forward to many more operatic performances.
